You’ve seen the videos, you’ve played the demo. Now play Mirror’s Edge in full 2D glory. That’s right, I said 2D. Borne Games along with Electronic Arts have teamed up to bring you a flash version of Mirror’s Edge, complete with parkour and all. Currently still in its beta phase, you can control Faith as she leaps and wall climbs around the city in this side scrolling adventure. There is only one level, complete with tutorials and collectibles, but prepare for the full version in the upcoming weeks.

The controls are simple, with the directional arrows controlling most of your movements and ‘S’ being used for jumping. Surprisingly the game is very fluid and there are even multiple paths for you to choose. It’s an excellent 2D version of what I hope to be a great game. I am definitely looking forward to the release of the full version in all its 2D glory soon. So check it out and tell us what you think in the comments bellow.
