psb redesign PlayStation.Blog Changing For The BetterDear PlayStation.Blog, we like you just the way you are.  We really do.  But if you want to get healthier, lose a few pounds, a little nip here, a little tuck there; we wholeheartedly support you.  Just don’t lose that smile, we love your smile.

Our PlayStation blog experience will be re-designed soon, really soon, like tomorrow soon.  They call it ‘PSB 1.5′ with the ‘.5′ standing for Twitter integration, an all around better post structure, handy links to their Facebook, Flickr, and Viddler pages and much more.

This change will come at a price I’m afraid.  To prepare for this change, in order to emerge as a beautiful butterfly from the protective chrysalis of change, the PlayStation.Blog will need some time to itself this Monday morning.  Like the saying goes, “with great change comes great downtime”.  Maybe not so great downtime.  A couple of hours Monday morning should suffice.  Your favorite PS3 blog that is not this one should be up and running again by Monday morning, 9 AM PST.

But that is not all, my personal favorite Social Media Manager Mr. Jeff Rubenstein tells us that there are a lot more features coming soon.  We can’t wait to know more about the future of the PS Blog, and we wish you all the best of luck on your re-design, it wasn’t that long ago when we went through a little re-design of our own you know?  Now with SCEA’s PSB all dolled up, the ball is in SCEE’s ThreeSpeech court.  Can we expect another re-design from our mates across the pond?
