It’s only been a couple of weeks since Mirror’s Edge hit store shelves but the good folks over at EA Dice have already announced new downloadable content for the game.

Aptly named the Pure Pack, “Players will be challenged to achieve the fastest times possible on nine races across seven all-new and totally redesigned Time Trial maps. No guns, no cops, and no city: this is true aesthetics, agility and flow that will challenge any runner.”

The pack will cost $10 and be released sometime in late January. That’s not all though. PlayStation 3 owners will receive a special surprise as well…

Is that $10 price tag steering you away? Have no fear. In addition to the 7 awesome looking maps, PlayStation 3 owners will be able to download an additional exclusive map, free of charge. The video above gives the names of all the levels; Kinetic, Atino Rise, Razzmatazz, Actino, Reflex, Chroma, Flow, Velocity. That’s 8 so one of them must be the PS3 map. Wonder which one it it. Any guesses?
