Killzone 2 pre-orders past 1.1 million in Europe

With all this press with still 3 weeks to go before the game arrives, it’s no wonder Killzone 2 is selling well.
However what is surprising is the Guardian who, in an interview with David Reeves from SCEE, confirmed that European pre-orders had surpassed 1.1 million, with Sony later confirming to CVG that this figure is Europe only and as of last week!
All this is before the £2 million marketing campaign starting mid-February and the demo which was released on the store today.
We are certain that that number will increase even further until the whole world knows about the game.
