Thanks to Gamedev who have found out that IndieCade are currently asking for submissions for their annual games festival with a number of events worldwide including at E3 and IndieCade 2009.

Leave no game behind. That’s our motto. The Games of 2009 series may be over but the list is most definitely incomplete. Read on to find out what we’ve decided to do to remedy the situation.

No, not the movie; the videogame. SEGA announced that Iron Man 2 is currently in production at SEGA Studios San Francisco and is expected to come out along with the Marvel Studios blockbuster sequel film of the same name in 2010.

According to Andriansang.com, RE5 will have Home support from the get go with Street Fighter adding functionality through an update. The lounge for Resident Evil 5 will have a Kijuju theme and players will be able to join co-op games and such from there. Users will also be able to unlock items during their playthough of the game as well as purchase costumes of their favorite characters. Looks like we’re going to have a lot of Ryu’s and Ken’s running around.

Now I know what you might be thinking. Isn’t SingStar a Sony exclusive? Well yes, it is, but that doesn’t mean the PS3 can get some favorable love over its elder brother, the PS2. SCEE have announced the full track list featuring nothing but Queen songs including 5 exclusive tracks found only on Blu-ray. The game is due out in Europe and Australia this March. Although we already knew that it was going to be released during the Summer, Activision decided to become a little more specific by letting the world know that Prototype will hit the shelves this June.

Midnight Club fans unite! Rockstar announced that a tournament based on the latest instalment in the series will be starting soon. Following the instructions, players can Sign Up to Rockstar’s Social Club. For those that already are members of the Social Club, make sure that you have linked your PSN account to the Social Club one.

The demo for Resident Evil went live on the store on Monday but Capcom have made a comment on the PlayStation Blog hinting of more stuff for PS3 owners to come.

The Killzone 2 hype is really live and kicking with many retailers offering incentives in Europe and abroad to buy the game from them.

Our friends over at D+PAD have scored a lovely exclusive; video coverage of the multiplayer maps in Killzone 2.

According to VG247, EA were due to showcase a new console-only DICE game at an event in the UK today.
However, the event has been cancelled due to the snow. Whilst this site is not the place to rant about the fact that the UK goes to pot after 2-3 inches of the cold white stuff, it is a shame that we’ll have to wait to find out what EA have up their thermal sleeves.

This week in Rock Band brings you all the tracks, packs or albums that you will be able to purchase for your favorite band simulator this Thursday (groupies not included but highly recommended).
Thin Lizzy have a new live CD, and Rock Band has a three pack to celebrate. It’s an all out 70’s attack this week, classic singles from The Pretenders and Pat Benatar compliment Rock Band’s stellar DLC lineup. There’s also this Nikko fella crashing the party but don’t mind him, we’ll have the road crew straighten him up in no time.

Color us impressed. UFC fighters are not the only ones accurately depicted with great graphical detail; corner men, referees, ring girls and even the TV crew are too. The audience doesn’t look bad either.
Joining UFC champions Georges “Rush” St. Pierre and “The Prodigy” B.J. Penn are GSP’s trainer and corner man Greg Jackson, referee Mario Yamasaki, and Octagon Girl Edith Labelle among others.

You might have remembered last week when we posted screenshots of the upcoming X-Blades, featuring the lovely Ayumi and her…umm…assets. There is nothing cheeky about this set. For those of you that are not aware of the CellFactor universe, let me enlighten you. CellFactor:Psychokinetic Wars is a fast-paced first-person multiplayer shooter. The player has to choose his side in the battle of technology vs. humanity.

Good news today! For all of you that have yet had the chance to try out Killzone 2 which is probably most of you, you’re in luck!
According to D+PAD, they have had confirmation that the demo for Killzone 2 will be hitting the EU PlayStation store on Thursday.

The unique game, Flower, brought to you by the people behind the popular title flOw will be releasing their title on Thursday with a decent price of £6.29.
