BAFTA Video Games Awards: ‘The Winner is…’
It was the tenth BAFTA Video Games Awards in London yesterday night, and we have for you all the winners.
Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare was the big winner, taking three awards including the GAME Award of 2008, which is voted by the public. Dead Space was the only other game to take more than one award winning two.
A big surprise was that Grand Theft Auto failed to take home any BAFTAs, despite getting nominated for seven awards. Fallout 3 also had a poor night, winning none of their five nominations.
There was success for PS3 exclusive LittleBigPlanet, which took away the award for artistic achievement.
