Deemed the South Central upgrade, you’ll have a choice in what you want to download. The standard map extension will include four new neighborhoods, increasing the already large map by one third. This will be available free of charge but if you feel like dropping some extra money down, then the Premium Upgrade is for you…

This upgrade includes everything the standard map extension has and adds new vehicles, parts, music, vinyls, hydraulics, and more. It will come at a cost of $9.99 though.
