Under Siege Screens

Submitted by on Tuesday, 14 April 2009No Comment

heavy_artSeed Studios, the team behind the upcoming Real Time Tactics game Under Siege, have been working almost as hard as the Easter bunny of late.

We already know one class and the rough mechanics of how the game will play out, but today we received a few select shots of the game.

And you know what? It’s looking pretty good…

The images are presented below for your delectation, and we think you’ll agree that the art direction of the game is shaping up rather well.

Aside from the solitary darker image below, all the screenshots of the game look very bright and sun-filled. We hope that this is coupled well with sufficient darker locales. It would feel contradictory to have the battles continue throughout these lovely environs.

For those not in the know, the game sits you in command of a finite number of units. Then you are tasked with taking down your enemy, presumably incurring as few casualties as possible.

Much of the real guts of the game are still shrouded in mystery, with SS really dripping out the details up to now. However, the latest update to Seed Studio’s developer website carries a teasing little footnote: gameplay videos soon…

Thoughts? Opinions? …Then keep them to yourself!

Unless they’re good, that is. In which case pop them in the box below.
