Capcom plans on bringing 20-40 titles to PSN
Welcome back. You're a regular here, so why not follow us on Twitter too...
Yes, you read that title correctly. Capcom is supposedly planning on releasing between 20 and 40 classics from their PS1 and PSP collection on the PSN. We’re already drooling at the mouth just thinking about what games could be on the magical list.
From the Mega Mans and Resident Evils to the Street Fighters and Breath of Fires, there is a list of games about as big as a certain database that is worthy to grace our PS3s.
Now this isn’t just some old rumor floating about. No no, this comes straight from the mouth of Chris Kramer from Capcom Unity. He spoke with Joystiq, stating…
“We’re thinking about putting together a long list of the titles we’re looking at, and then releasing it on Capcom Unity and having people vote on them. Ultimately we’re looking at bringing between 20 and 40 titles to the PSN over the next several months.”
This suggests we should keep our eye out over at Capcom Unity then. We have our hopes set on the Mega Man Legend series making it into the final list. What classic games would you like to see make it to the PSN?

I would really like to have the Dreamcast classic, Powerstone on PSN.
Super Cool game, with 4 player support.
I’ve never played either but I keep hearing nothing but good things about Powerstone and the Dreamcast.
Here’s a thought: Maybe SEGA should make a comeback by releasing Dreamcast classics as PSN downloadables.
They ported Powerstone 1 and 2 to the PSP so I believe it would be easy to bring them over to the PSN. It’s a great title to have and 4 player support? That would be sweet!
