Daxter making the jump to PS3…with PAIN

It’s been quite a while since we’ve seen any signs of Jak or Daxter from Naughty Dog. Perhaps it’s because they’ve been busy with this? Anyway, Daxter is finally making the next gen jump. Unfortunately it’s not with the announcement of Jack 4Â but with the upcoming PAIN Sore Sports expansion.
The upcoming update will feature two new maps in addition to the Naughty Dog cameo. Players will be able to cause as much pain and panic in “Morningwood High school – home of the Cougars” as well as “Area 69″ (little obvious on the sexual references, aren’t we?).
Why there is a black bar across Daxter’s eyes is unknown to us. Perhaps they are giving us the evil eye or a suggestive glance. Either way, we’re sure it will be a blast flinging him around the place.
PAIN is one of the most successful titles on the PSN. to date. We can only hope that Sony will be bringing more cameo’s to this excellent game.
