Ratchet and Clank to be “bigger” than before, playable at E3

ratchetRatchet and Clank: A Crack in Time is set to land on the PS3 at the end of this year and we at Attitude Towers are keeping a firm eye on how the game is progressing.

And so we were delighted when we heard (literally) that it is being hyped up to be even bigger than the previous Ratchet and Clank game on the PS3; Ratchet and Clank: Tools of Destruction.

The news comes from Insomniac’s Full Moon Show Podcast which is available from iTunes or straight from the site here.

They say A Crack in Time is fast approaching Alpha stage and internal testing has already begun. One of the levels, Krell Canyon, will even be shown at the E3 convention next week.

Of course, since PS3 Attitude are on-site in Los Angeles, we’ll do our best to keep you informed as the news hits.

Several game modes have been confirmed and we have our fingers tightly crossed that Insomniac Games will add a multiplayer mode.

After all, it’s starting to become a theme now – sequels gaining online multiplayer modes where the original lacked such functionality.

We look forward to giving you all more information in the run up to release at the end of the year.
