Posting up a job advertisement for a Gameplay Programmer over at Edge-Online, it appears that LittleBigPlanet creators Media Molecule are not resting on their laurels and are currently ramping up development on another game.

The keywords in the ad that immediately jump out at us are: “ground-breaking”, “AAA” and “PS3 title for Sony Computer Entertainment”.

The position is based in the UK and requires the successful candidate to have strong skills when it comes to writing physics code, over two year’s industry work under their belt and previous experience shipping a console title that contained “an online component.”

We know Media Molecule are hard at work on Sackboy’s appearance on the PSP but could this be LittleBigPlanet 2? Considering the small studio’s reputation for creativity and defining whole new genres however, we wouldn’t be surprised if this new title was something completely different, yet equally intriguing.

From reading the ad it’s evident that the guys at Mm place a strong emphasis on working and playing hard in equal measures. It almost makes us wish we’d paid more attention in C/C++ class back in university. int main() eh … that’s about all we can recall at this point.
