If you’re a true boxing aficionado then you probably own EA’s Fight Night Round 4 by now. If you’re on the fence about getting the game then perhaps this might persuade you to pick a side.

You see, FNR4 will be getting a DLC content pack in August as well as an update in September. It’s like a one, two punch. Ready for the finisher? All will be available for free. Ding! Ding! Ding! We have a winner!

Included in the DLC pack is new equipment, a new training gym, as well as new sliders to control the following abilities:

• Counter Punch Window
• Boxer Stamina
• Punch Accuracy

Probably what’s more exciting is the patch that is headed our way in September. We’ve already mentioned the difficulties we’ve had with the stick controls, but that may become a thing of the past because players will soon be able to use the face buttons to bash the head in of their opponents. The patch also addresses some of bugs left in the game too, but who cares about those, right?
