MAG beta opens – if you work for Sony

Obviously taking the softly-softly approach, Sony have confirmed that the first tentative stage of the MAG beta has begun. How come we haven’t seen sites exploding with new information as people express their opinions about Zipper Interactive’s new 256 player frag-fest? Well, so far, only Sony employees are invited.
With an internal beta Sony are obviously weeding out the more flagrant of issues without having to make excuses for any serious hiccups found in the beta version of the upcoming FPS. When will the internal beta be extended outside the ranks of the chosen?
A public beta is still very much on the cards but right now we have no further information of when more than just private eyes will get a look. Can’t be too long though. We hope.

When will the internal beta be extended outside the ranks of the chosen? The general consensus is “soon” but right now we have no further information of when more than just private eyes will get a look at the new shooter.
