Rag Doll Kung Fu Presents Time Saver’s Pack For You Lazy Grasshoppers

rag doll kung fu time savers pack Rag Doll Kung Fu Presents Time Savers Pack For You Lazy GrasshoppersRag Doll Kung Fu, our favorite (only?) PSN kung fu fighting game featuring plastic dolls will release a pack today in Europe, nothing confirmed for North America but we expect it to appear there as well.

But this is not the long awaited and sorely needed online mode pack that everyone and their grandmother have been asking for.  Following in the footsteps of worthless DLC churner extraordinaire EA Games, Rag Doll Kung Fu: Fists of Plastic will offer a ‘Time Saver’s Pack’ that will unlock all extra playable characters and costumes in the game.

That’s pretty much everything Rag Doll Kung Fu had to offer, no?  Forget about feeling that sense of accomplishment and pride after unlocking all costumes yourself, just do like a rich spoiled brat and pay your way to the top.  Or even better, have your parents pay your way to the top.

So what does this mean for future Rag Doll Kung Fu packs and updates?  Obviously SCE is still behind this game in some form, so we are still hopeful that the fans will be rewarded with what they want and have been asking since day zero: online multiplayer.

Offline only multiplayer games in this day and age seem very odd, online only have been the norm as of late.  We have been ‘split’ on this issue in the past, but there is no denying that the obvious compromise is to offer both.  We’re confident SCE will one day add online to Rag Doll Kung Fu and then we can all happily beat each other senseless with stinky fish and Chinese take-out.  Wouldn’t you like that very much?
