Uncharted 2 to get another MP demo
Speaking during the Uncharted 2 live-chat over at the official PS blog, Naughty Dog’s co-president Evan Wells has announced some good news for those out there who missed out on the recent Uncharted 2 multiplayer beta – there will be a second bite at the cherry.
And, this time, they hope to reach an even wider audience.
Evan states:
“Yes, we’re going to have another multiplayer demo before the game hits shelves. The exact timing isn’t finalised yet, but it should be available to an even wider group this time, so if you missed the last one I don’t think you’ll have any problem getting in this one.”
Check the full article for a round-up of what new modes and features will make the second demo. Evan also reveals that the single-player mode in Among Thieves will be longer than the first game’s and contains over 90 minutes of cut-scenes.
That’s if you can drag yourself away from the multi-player of course. Evan also touches upon the online Cinema Mode that allows players to capture matches and then gloat like wild hyenas whenever some newb catches a grenade to the face.
