InterpolHere’s one that managed to dodge our intrepid game radar.

Hailing from the good folk over at TikGames and Creat Studios, Interpol: The Trail of Dr. Chaos is a “completely new gaming experience for the PlayStation Network.”

Considering its genre is best described as “Hidden Object Game”, we couldn’t agree more.

Players take on the role of a investigative Interpol agent (hence the title) jet-setting around the globe and solving clues (puzzles) at various crime scenes. No doubt on the hunt for the titular Dr. Chaos.

The game has over 40 puzzles and is mostly single-player though we are assured there are some four player co-op storyline based game modes also available along with (and we’re quoting here) “treacherous mini-games”.

"My detective skills are telling me ... it's a body."

It’s a new endeavour so, like all things new and different, we’re open to giving Interpol: The Trail of Dr. Chaos the benefit of the doubt. It’s available now on the EU Store so maybe some of our European readers who have taken a chance with the title can voice their opinions in the comment area below.

North America – prepare to “track down a criminal mastermind and his villainous group as they embark on a sinister path of worldwide chaos and destruction” next Thursday.
