New Ratchet & Clank runs at 720p, 60FPS; harder than TOD

Ratchet & ClankNew screens from Ratchet & Clank’s next cosmic outing have appeared on NeoGAF along with some footage and a smattering of interesting tidbits about the game’s performance.

The devil is in the details and, first up, it’s confirmed that the game is at 720p resolution and runs at a constant 60 of your human frames per second.

For fans of the series looking for a bigger challenge next time out – prepare for Awesomesauce.

Though still in “tweaking mode”, the new game’s difficulty settings have been described as Casual – being somewhat easier than Tools of Destruction (which really wasn’t hard at all), Normal being a tad tougher than what Tools had to offer and, the piste de l’resistance, Hard being “for true Ratchet fans.”
