Tokyo Game Show 2009 is going well; Sony had a strong press conference, revealing new details on the Motion Controller and a number of surprise additions to the list of compatible games.

The good news isn’t restricted to the Sony camp, either. Capcom have revealed a slew of new information for the upcoming Lost Planet 2. Screens, info and a trailer are all present and correct.

The Lost Planet 2 demo is now up on the PSN and gives you a hint of what to expect from the full-fat version of the game’s co-op mode. Jump in to face off against a massive Akrid alongside players from all over the world.

The trailer at the top shows off the rough outline of three of the episodes featured in the game. Before zooming out and showing that there seem to be something like ten or so of these ‘episodes’.

With the game making a strong showing at TGS, we can only hope that this game lives up to the massive expectations being placed upon it by the fans of the original title.

From what we’ve seen thus far, we won’t be disappointed.
