New Super Street Fighter IV Gameplay Videos
Despite not releasing until 2010, Capcom gave a sneak peak of Super Street Fighter IV at the latest Fight Club event.
Console Warzone was even kind enough to take video footage of players messing around with Juri, Dee Jay, and T. Hawk for everyone to enjoy.
Seth Killian gave a basic idea of what to expect from Super SFIV at the Fight Club event in NYC. There will be about eight characters, there could be more, there could be less. There will be more stages, offline modes, and even more online modes. Seth also reiterated that the game will not be full priced.
These are all things we should know by now, so this isn’t really news to anyone. Although, here is an interesting way to look at how much content is being put into Super SFIV:
…you take all of the upgrades from Street Fighter II, Champion Edition, Hyper Fighting, Super, Super Turbo, all of those upgrades, all of those upgrades together, are not as juicy as this one upgrade in Super Street Fighter IV. – Seth Killian, Capcom
For those that have played each iteration of SFII, this means a lot. It was revealed awhile back that even the story cutscenes are being completely redone. Capcom is really going all out on this one. A few lucky members at the event were even given a chance to play the game for the first time.
There are three videos from the Capcom Fight Club event to enjoy below, they are all in a single playlist for easier viewing.
As passionately yelled out in the crowd at the end of the last video: “that was the best demo ever!!!”
For those that want even more information, impressions from players like Justin Wong can be found here. The insight from the hardcore fighting game community should give fans an idea of what to expect from the newest additions to Street Fighter IV.
