Uncharted 2 is without question our favourite game of the year, and even for the whole PS3 lifetime, so far.
It’s so good that it has surpassed the expectations held by developers Naughty Dog.
Don’t want to stop rocking yet in Brutal Legend? Then don’t! EA is releasing “The Tears of the Hextadon” downloadable content pack very soon… for absolutely free!
The game has just been released today in North America (out since the 23rd in Europe) and already there is an announcement for downloadable content. The good thing is that it will be FREE for a limited time…

We are big fans of Resistance 2, and believe it is a step in the right direction for the franchise.
But some hardcore fans of the first game were left angry and disappointed with the sequel that brought a lot of change.
If you happen to own the black box of tricks that is PlayTV, you might want to check the most recent update.
The update takes the tally up to 1.21, and adds a few nice new features.
And one AWESOME feature…
Well this is a first.
We were so happy Critter Crunch was released that, once we were done barfing with excitement, there was a bit of a scrap over who would do the review.
After an epic battle, Danny_D and I decided to share the review between us. Danny took on the multi-player aspect while I tackled single player modes.

This weeks video content update is rather mediocre in the film range, featuring many no name movies and ones you just don’t want to watch. To make up for it, the PlayStation Store is offering the first episode of Naruto Shippuden Uncut for FREE. So if you’re a fan of teen ninjas anime, then you’ll be very pleased.
Other additions to the store included trailers for Armored (sweet) and Stepfather (meh). Wolverine continues to dominate the top spot with the relatively unknown Trick ‘r Treat coming in close behind.
Trine, Oddworld, Ractchet and Clank Future, Critter Crunch, Dragon Ball, Queen, The Beatles… Where to begin? Price updates of course! Lumines Supernova, Burnout Paradise and Siren all get price drops.
Get your Trine on, reminisce with Oddworld, check out that crack with the Ratchet and Clank demo, sample the delicious bugs with the Crtitter Crunch demo or let out the beast out in Dragon Ball: Raging Blast demo. Are you not entertained?

But who could keep up the free DLC movement alive today? Midnight Club and Cross Edge, that’s who. Free police car pack and power up pack +, but we’re not sure which pack belongs to which game.
A warm welcome to another Homerun this week with lots of news and views on the new content to arrive for PlayStation Home.

Time to jump back on the will-it-won’t-it merry-go-round again as, while speaking to Videogamer, Ubisoft’s CEO Yannis Mallat has suggested it might still happen.
