Ghost from MW2 may get own title

UK fans of morbidly depressive soap opera Eastenders may recognise the name Craig Fairbrass as the no-nonsense Dan from the popular London based serial.
International fans will be more familiar with his voice work in the Modern Warfare games.
Providing the voice of Gaz in the first game, Fairbrass returned to the fray in the latest Modern Warfare phenomenon, this time voicing the enigmatic Ghost.
Speaking during the spectacular launch event in London, Fairbrass revealed that we may be seeing Ghost again sometime in the future. This time in a staring role.
Craig said:
“I did in the last game a voice for a character called Gaz and in this game I’m now voicing a guy called Ghost, who now just got a spin-off comic of his own (ed: see image above) and they’re [Infinity Ward] talking about another little game to go with it so, I’m quite excited about it. It’s grown and grown and grown.”
Infinity Ward have quite publicly stated that they have no idea what their next game will be. With MW2 DLC to come, and probably a much deserved break for the majority of the studio, we kinda believe them.
Craig does mention that the game is “little” so, who knows, they could be thinking of an iPhone game for all we know. But it’s Sunday, so we thought we’d mention this anyway.

lol – well it’s a bit hard to respond without spoilers! But events in the game would have a significant impact on the nature of a ‘MW:Ghost’ spin-off, if it was set before or after said MW2 on the timeline. He’d clearly have a much darker attitude after MW2…..
