Welcome back. You're a regular here, so why not follow us on Twitter too...

Just Cause 2Developer Avalanche has announced at an event in London this week of some special news regarding their title Just Cause 2.

The action game is due to be released sometime next year, and it will be getting some PS3 specific features.

The game will join a very short list of games that support video capture, enabling up to ten minutes to be manually recorded and then uploaded directly to YouTube – why can’t more games do this!?

Furthermore, the title will automatically record your last 30 seconds of gameplay, which is perfect for capturing an action replay.

We don’t know much about this game, but it will be another take on the open world genre that has brought games such as GTA and inFamous huge success.

Like the first game, you take control of Rico Rodriguez on a fictional island as he seeks to overthrow the evil dictator and confront his former boss.

Originally scheduled for Christmas 2008, it has been pushed back several times so hopefully it will be worth the long wait.
