For those of you enjoying the fast-paced squad-based online experience in MAG and were upset that the current beta has expired, rejoice! Zipper have extended the current beta deadline.
Popping up over on the Official MAG Developer blog, Jeremy Dunham has announced that the current beta, originally scheduled to end on November 20th, will now be officially extended into next week.
A demo for Mushroom Wars has been announced and will be releasing in Europe and North America very soon. Naturally they won’t be releasing at the same time, that would only make sense. The EU PSN is actually getting it first… and that’s definitely a surprise.

The clear winners here are PSP and rhythm game owners with the release of adhocParty for the PSP and the usual derriere-load of songs released for Rock Band, The Beatles: Rock Band and Guitar Hero 5.
The recent Sony presentation delivered to investors has been a veritable treasure trove of new information regarding Sony’s plans for the future.
33 million PSN users, a firmware update planned to make all PS3s 3D compatible, not to mention new avenues for premium content to expand on to the PSN – the list goes on.
