Final Fantasy VIII hits the EU PSN in January

Final Fantasy VIII is now available in North America and will be out in Europe very soon. sw00t!!
Fans have been asking about Final Fantasy VIII every single week now for months and the answer hasn’t necessarily been positive. We recently learned that FFVIII had issues during the QA process and that resulted in the game not making it for a 2009 release. Despite that, fans still haven’t stopped asking for a release date. Here is what Mike Kebby from the PlayStation Store team had to say:

So there you have it. Final Fantasy VIII is coming to Europe in January. VIII was recently confirmed for a release in NA as well, but all we know is that the game is “coming soon” to the PSN.
Update: According to the official Square Enix website, Final Fantasy VIII will be released TODAY!
