Nippon Ichi Software America just announced that the official Last Rebellion website is live and it reveals the story, characters, and combat system. Most importantly, at the top right of the website is a vague “Coming February 2010″ release date.

A few days ago a survey on behalf of Sony was doing the rounds for a few PlayStation 3 users on ideas for a premium subscription model.

We have already heard straight from Kaz Hirai that Sony are planning on introducing a premium subscription edition of the PlayStation Network on top of the free registration.

Pro Evolution Soccer 2010 has today received a free update that adds some new content and minor tweaks to keep players happy and help the fight against rival FIFA 10.

The content isn’t exactly substantial as you will now be able to choose from three additional balls for a match, and ten new boots.

SOCOM Confrontation ‘Cold Front’ releasing January 7th in Europe

It has been announced that the new expansion pack for SOCOM Confrontation entitled ‘Cold Front’ will be releasing on the 7th of January in Europe.

Not only does the expansion pack include five new maps, but it also adds features such as thermal vision, an ARMS RUN gameplay mode, snow gear and camouflage, new music, and a lot more.

Final Fantasy XIII sells 1.5 million in Japan over four days

We knew it would be be big, but this big?

Final Fantasy XIII, released on the 17th of December, has already chalked up a monstrous 1,516,532 copies sold in its first four days of release.

The figures are from Famitsu/Enterbrain who also paint a pretty picture for the PS3 in general as SquareEnix’s much-awaited AAA title has also helped shift 245,406 Playstation 3 systems in Japan last week.
