Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition – Mercenaries Reunion gameplay videos and screenshots

Capcom has just released two new gameplay videos for the upcoming Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition. If you ever wanted to see Chris without a shirt, now is your chance. Oh, and there’s Sheva too…
Here are just two of the eight new characters to play as in the Mercenaries Reunion mode. The once PC exclusive Warrior costume for Chris is now coming to consoles and it’s pretty awesome looking. All those steroids that Chris took after Code Veronica obviously have paid off. He’s no Triple H, but he’s getting there. Sheva is looking pretty sexy with her new Folklore costume. The dress is basically an adult version of Little Red Riding Hood’s attire and it actually works quite well.
Costume Pack 1 will be released on the same day as the Lost in Nightmares episode featuring Chris and Jill, which will be on February 18th. On March 4th, an unnamed second episode will be released and that’s also when Costume Pack 2 comes out. On March 9th, Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition will be released on Blu-ray ($49.99) which will contain RE5 and all of the content released as DLC on the disc itself. Each of the four pieces of DLC released will give two new characters to use for the Mercenaries Reunion mode in addition to new figurines to collect.
