Bioshock2 BioShock 2 single player is over 10 hours longIn the latest episode of Qore, it was announced that the single-player campaign alone in BioShock 2 should last at least ten hours.

That is a good figure, and around double of the length that was sported in last year’s biggest title Modern Warfare 2.

And lets not forget that BioShock 2 also comes with multiplayer for the first time.

This news should be a relief to fans of the first title who were worried that the inclusion of multiplayer could shorted the main campaign.

The game will still have strong competition though from the likes of MAG, Heavy Rain and God of War III, all of which release in the first half of this year.

Qore is a US online magazine for the PlayStation Store and the latest episode can be downloaded now for a one-off fee, or via an annual subscription. We’re still waiting for something similar in Europe!

10 hours, that’s nothing. And don’t compare it to MW2 everyone knew that was short, you killed some innocent travellers in a airport, but apparently it was ok, because they were all just Russians, and then you got shot in the head a couple of times.

And why even mention the length of a game, if that really was important, we would all just be playing fallout.
