BioShock 2 DLC confirmed

Bioshock 2 is due out on the February 9th in North America, followed by the 12th in Europe. It’s the sequel to one of the best titles to hit the PlayStation 3 – even if the anticipation had died down by the time it hit the platform.
Well if you’re a BioShock fan, and think that the new game will not be enough to whet your appetite, then we have some good news for you.
Australian Gamer has conducted an interview with Senior Systems Designer Kent Hudson from 2k Marin. In it, he confirmed that as with the first game, downloadable content is planned:
We are working on pretty aggressive plans for DLC and that’s actually something that is already under-way. That is something that is mostly being run out of the Marin studio because like I said the Australian studio is already ramping up on the next big thing.
Wow, what could be the next big thing? Well we’ll leave that for now, but it’s great to hear that what sounds like significant new content is already being developed and we look forward to hearing more about it soon.
