Heavy Rain is one of the most anticipated games coming out this year, and so we wouldn’t blame you for being interested in buying the Special Edition.

However, if you live in the UK your choices of retailer are very limited as the special edition of the game is exclusive to HMV.

It will include a PSN voucher for the first downloadable episode entitled “The Taxidermist”, official soundtrack for the game, and a dynamic theme.

If you wish to pre-order the game, HMV has the special edition for just £39.99 with free delivery which is a sweet deal. In fact a similar price is being offered by other retailers for just the standard game.

Although we’re not huge fans of retailers getting exclusive editions of games, at least UK gamers will get the chance to buy the special version in the first place.

We await to see if any other exclusive agreements are on the horizon for other countries.
