The shortlist for the BAFTA GAME Award 2009 has just been announced, and you can now vote for your favourite! This is the only award at the British Academy Video Game Awards which is voted for by the public, so it’s fitting that it’s also the most prestigious.

Some great games have been nominated, including seven titles on the PlayStation 3, one of which is exclusive (bet you can’t guess which one).

Last year, the winner was Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, and you can now decide which title will join it in BAFTA’s hall of fame.

The ten nominees are:

• Assassin’s Creed II (PS3, 360)
• Batman: Arkham Asylum (PS3, 360, PC)
• The Beatles: Rock Band (PS3, 360, Wii)
• Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (PS3, 360, PC)
• FIFA 10 (Multi)
• Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars (PSP, DS, iPhone)
• The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks (DS)
• Street Fighter IV (PS3, 360, PC)
• Uncharted 2: Among Thieves (PS3)
• Wii Sports Resort (Wii)
