Remember that mysterious redemption code that was included with new copies of Darksiders? We hope you kept it safe as THQ have finally revealed what it redeems and no, it’s not DLC for the game. In fact, part of it doesn’t have anything to do with Darksiders at all.

Owners will be able to use the code to score a free copy of Red Faction: Guerrilla. Yep, you’ll be able to receive a copy of the game minus the $39.99 price tag. That’s a pretty sweet extra if you ask us.

To obtain your fee copy of Red Faction: Guerrilla, simply head over to the THQ website and enter the code where it says “Promo Code.” The game isn’t entirely free as you will still have to pay the $4.99 shipping charge. Still $4.99 isn’t a bad price to pay for a decent game.

In addition to Red Faction: Guerrilla, you’ll be able to download a Digital Hellbook disc filled with Darksiders art, videos, and other content. Better hurry up though, as this offer is only good for a limited time.
