Dead Rising 2 release date announced

Capcom has revealed that Dead Rising 2 will be hitting store shelves in September and very late August.
In Dead Rising you can grab practically anything around you to kill hundreds and hundreds of zombies. Dead Rising 2 will be no different and each area of the game will contain 12,000 zombies to decimate.
Unfortunately it was revealed that Dead Rising 2: Case Zero, a downloadable prologue to the events of the second game, will not be coming to the PS3.
Dead Rising 2 releases on August 31st in North America, on September 2nd in Japan, and on September 3rd in Europe.
