[UPDATE] Heavy Rain soundtrack delayed, advised not to redeem voucher code

Submitted by on Thursday, 25 February 20102 Comments

Heavy Rain released in Europe on Wednesday, or comes out tomorrow in the UK.

Many of you have purchased or pre-ordered the special edition of the game that comes with the first episode of DLC, a dynamic theme, and the soundtrack.

To redeem all of these you need to use a voucher code on your PSN account which is supplied with the box.

However, there has been a last minute hiccup which means the soundtrack is not ready. Therefore if you redeem the code now you won’t be able to download the game’s soundtrack.

This is why Sony advise everyone to keep patient until the 5th of March when the soundtrack should be available.

So if you have already redeemed your code, you have a small problem. Sony say that in order to download your soundtrack, you will need to contact their customer service.

This is very unfortunate and so if you have yet to enter the twelve character code on your PSN account, we recommend leaving it well alone until Friday next week.
