Yakuza 3 releases in North America and Europe next month, and if you’re planning on getting the game in a PAL territory, we have some good news for you.

Europe and Australasia which cover the two regions in the PAL territory will only be getting the Collector’s Edition or Yakuza 3, but for the regular price.

This move which is somewhat surprising means that fans of the series in the two regions will now get more content for their money.

So what do you get for free if you’re lucky enough to live in the PAL territory?

The Collector’s Edition includes the game’s soundtrack with all 31 songs, an interactive guide for beginners on the history and relationships of the characters in the series, and four bits of downloadable content.

A decent expansion to the game, although we must point out that the downloadable content is actually free in Japan.

You’ll have to wait just over a month for Yakuza 3 in Europe as it releases on the 12th of March, or in North America on the 9th.
