Batman comes top at the 2010 BAFTA Video Game Awards
Rocksteady’s Batman: Arkham Asylum beat off strong competition from Uncharted 2: Amongst Thieves to win the best game category at the British Academy of Film and Television Arts awards. Rocksteady’s portrayal of the Caped Crusader also took the award for best gameplay. Isn’t this award just further proof that Arkham Asylum is not only the best Batman game, but also the best ever superhero game?
Naughty Dog won’t be too disappointed, Uncharted 2 did win the awards for best action, story and character, best use of audio and original score. Naughty Dog may be needing a bigger trophy cabinet for their multi-award winning title.
We are pleased to see thatgamecompany LLC get recognition for Flower by winning the artistic achievement award. They managed to to create a very unique gaming experience, one that is full of artistic expression.
