Blacklight: Tango Down infiltrating your system this summer

Submitted by on Tuesday, 2 March 2010No Comment

Partnering with Ignition Entertainment, Zombie Studios have announced their latest creation, Blacklight: Tango Down.

The game is a first person shooter set in the futuristic city of Blacklight and will be available for download this summer. Just because it’s a downloadable title though, doesn’t mean it is in any way small…

Utilizing the Unreal Engine 3, Blacklight: Tango Down will bring new life to familiar urban environments complete with dynamic shadows and more.

From the sound of things, the game appears to be a multiplayer only title. Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, and Control Point modes have been announced with more to be released in the coming months. Players will also be able to customize their soldiers with weapon upgrades and items to make the most out of them on the battlefield.

Based on the trailer and the screenshots below, Blacklight: Tango Dawn is looking to be a decent title, especially for a download only game. Will it be enough to tear us away from the likes of Modern Warfare 2 and MAG? Only time will tell.
