Dante’s Inferno: Trials of St. Lucia DLC gets priced
Dante’s Inferno is getting an online co-op expansion pack on April 29th and EA has finally announced the price. Considering the content, it’s actually not so bad.
Back in February a trailer was leaked that revealed the Trials of St. Lucia expansion for Dante’s Inferno.
The DLC adds a variety of new content to the game that should please fans. In addition to the online cooperative play, there is a content creation mode. You can choose different locations, add traps, and even manipulate the enemies however you want. Created levels can then be uploaded and shared online for other gamers to rate.
So who exactly is St. Lucia and why is she a playable character? We’ll let Lucia herself fill you in on the details:
I am Lucia of Syracuse, patron saint of the blind – persecuted by my pagan suitor, eyes plucked from my head, my body tortured and defiled… Yet I have seen the glory in Paradise. I will be your protector, Dante, as you seek to find light out of your dark past. And I will prepare you for the challenge ahead. These are the Trials of Saint Lucia.
The Trials of St. Lucia releases on April 29th for $9.99. The price seems fair for the amount of extra gameplay this could potentially add to Dante’s Inferno. What do you think? Let us know in the comments section below.
