Monster Jam 2011 to crush the competition this Fall

Submitted by on Wednesday, 24 March 2010No Comment

Fans of wanton destruction will be extremely happy today, as Activision Blizzard has announced that Monster Jam 2011 will be arriving in stores this Fall.

Can it stand out from the crowd?

Monster Jam is the world’s largest and most popular monster truck touring property.

Don’t believe us?  Then allow us to throw a statistic at you – more than 4 million tickets were sold at 325 performances worldwide in 2009. That’s a lot of tickets – and a nice chunk of change.

Monster Jam 2011 will include 30 officially licensed Monster Jam trucks, including fan favourites such as Grave Digger, Maximum Destruction and Grinder.

You will also be able to create and customize your own trucks with thousands of options, unlocking new parts and upgrades as you progress through the game.

There are eight real life stadiums from the Monster Jam circuit, with explosive truck introductions, pyrotechnics and lighting, and a roaring crowd.

In single player mode the goal is the same as for real life drivers – rise through the ranks of competitors to ultimately battle against the best at the Monster Jam World Finals.

Head-to-head multiplayer modes are also included.

This sounds like it’s shaping up to be a real fan pleaser – are there any Monster Truck fans amongst the PS3 Attitude Public?
