For you today we have a first look gameplay video for the up and coming game Prince of Persia: Forgotten Sands.

Considering this game releases in two months time, we know very little about the game except it is a tie-in with the new Hollywood film.

But this new video gives us our first glimpse of the game in action.

The video features Level Design Director Michael McIntyre, Creative Director Jean-Christophe Guyot and many more of the development team.

They say that they are bringing the series back to its roots, and in the video describe the backbone of the plot as well as the characters that you will meet when playing the game.

Sadly the video isn’t in excellent quality, but the environment in particular looks impressive.

The game is due to arrive in stores on the 18th of May in North America, while Europeans will have to wait till the 20th.
