Spring Fever returns to US PlayStation Store

Submitted by on Wednesday, 24 March 2010One Comment

Spring Fever, the annual event that discounts games on the PlayStation Store, has returned to the United States.

Each week games for both the PlayStation 3 and PSP, as well as DLC are discounted to save you some buck.

This Thursday we start with offerings including Gravity Crash and Everyday Shooter, both discounted by half from $9.99 to $4.99.

All the discounts for this week will be announced in tomorrow’s store update.

But there’s more. With every purchase you make, you receive a free avatar piece of clothing. Buy purchasing a lot of games, you should be able to complete a set of five pieces of clothing to make a full costume.

So what type of costume will your hard earned wallet make? Well male avatars can create a unique bee outfit, while all you female avatars can earn a flowerpot costume – classy!

This event will be running all season long so there are plenty of chances for games on your wishlist to get discounted.
