Last month we brought you news of a mystery God of War related website that – while creating intrigue – really didn’t have much in the way of information as to what it was about.

Well, we have been checking that website everyday and at last something has happened.  So are we any more clued up as to what’s going on?

The short answer is no – in fact, the website update only serves to create more questions.  Before the update all we were shown was rain, lightening flashes and some form of health gauge in the top right hand corner that was half full.

Now the rain has gotten heavier, the health gauge is three quarters full and – more interestingly – the left hand side of the screen shows half of someone’s head looking out across the water.

Lightening flashes also reveal this persons outline – could it be Kratos?  The stance is certainly familiar.  Have a look at the picture below, or alternatively head over to http://www.godofwar.com/spartansstandtall/ and check it out for yourself.
