North American PS Store Update For April 1st – We wish this was a prank

This week is pretty mediocre. The only new game is NBA Unrivaled. There are no demos unless you managed to get a voucher for Lost Planet 2′s multiplayer demo.

There’s a new PSone Classic on the store. Don’t get too excited, it’s for TNN Motorsports Hardcore 4×4. Moving on…

The TikGames sale is up. This means you can get great games like Cuboid for half the price. Definitely take advantage of these deals while they last. Echochrome is also on sale thanks to the Spring Fever 2010 deals going on.

As always, there’s new DLC. If you have Heavy Rain you’ll definitely want to purchase The Taxidermist. To celebrate April Fools there is a free costume for LBP.

The Sand Army has once again arisen and it’s up to the Prince to put them back where they belong. In order to combat this much stronger force, he has received a variety of new and powerful abilities thanks to a mysterious female djinn.

The latest trailer from Ubisoft reveals more of these powers along with some of the enormous enemies you will come face to face with. It’s good to see our classic Prince back in action.

European PS Store Update For 1st April – Sam and The Taxidermist

This week is packed with special offers for the PSP and PS3.

There’s tons of DLC and some are actually free. The highlight is clearly The Taxidermist for Heavy Rain. This episode is a side story featuring Madison. If you’re a fan of the game then you need this content. More Heavy Rain is never a bad thing, right?

The Namco Museum Essentials is now available in all locales. This is the only downloadable game. The Penny Arcade Episodes are bundled together and there is a new Mini.

Warhawk joins in on the Dynamic Theme fun. We haven’t seen it yet but the game is awesome. We can only assume the same applies to the theme…

BioWare apologise for the BioWare Bazaar

Cast your mind back a few days and you might remember our report on the BioWare Bazaar – and how it seemed to exclude every country but America.

It seems we weren’t the only people who felt aggrieved – and boy have they let BioWare know about it.

The reaction has been so bad that BioWare bosses have come out to make a public apology.

Yakuza 3 – The PS3 Attitude Review

In Yakuza 3 you play as Kazuma as he comes out of retirement and returns to Tokyo.

As a former chief of the Yakuza Mafia family, he had been thoroughly enjoying life away from the criminal underworld, even finding time to set up an orphanage after growing up as an orphan himself – or so he thought.

The Independent newspaper releases top 50 games list – and confuses itself in the process

Team Attitude has no problem with lists – they are normally a sure fire way to get people talking, even if they don’t necessarily agree with what has been put down.

However, we do prefer it if the list makes actual sense. On that note, step forward The Independent newspaper who has recently released a ‘top 50′ games list – in at number twenty two is…the Wii Remote Charging Stand? Wait, what…?
