But is it worth your money?

For traces of the love you left inside my lonely heart
To weave by picking up the pieces that remain
Melodies of life, love's lost refrain]
O_O. Can you believe it? Final Fantasy IX is now available in Europe! That was unexpected. The game wasn’t even announced for a European release yet! We definitely aren’t complaining though. Enjoy this beautiful RPG. If it’s your first time playing IX, you’re in for a treat.
Aside from a very awesome PSone Classic, there’s also Fret Nice, Voodoo Dice, Soldner X-2, and Sam & Max Episode 2. Yup, four downloadable games. If that’s not enough for you, there’s demos for Fret Nice, Voodoo Dice, SBK X, and PixelJunk Shooter.
Such a great week… and there’s more! As always, you’ll find a healthy amount of DLC for various games, including Just Cause 2, Lost Planet 2, and Super Street Fighter IV.
Enjoy!
[And so it goes on and on
Melodies of life to the sky beyond the flying birds
Forever and on]

This week’s update should keep you busy for awhile. Critter Crunch and Mushroom Wars are on sale until the 26th. If you haven’t bought those games yet, you might want to get on that.
The ModNation Racers and Tiger Woods 2011 demos are now available. No Iron Man II demo for Europe it seems. Don’t worry, you’re not missing much.
There’s DLC for Dragon Age, Split/Second, ModNation Racers, Rock Band, and Guitar Hero.
Take some screenshots of your ModNation track and share them with us. We’d love to see your creations.

This update is definitely better than the one in the US. It’s still underwhelming though. There’s a bunch of games on sale for games like Critter Crunch and Thexder Neo. If you haven’t picked those up yet, you might want to do that now.
This week features two downloadable games: Catan and Rocket Knight. There is a demo for Rocket Knight so there really is no reason to at least try it out (it’s also the only demo). Hopefully the game lives up to its potential.
Everything else is pretty much downloadable content. There’s DLC for Bad Company 2, Bioshock 2, Super Street Fighter IV, LBP, and more. And of course, the latest episode of FirstPlay is now available as well.
Enjoy.
Irish PS3 owners will soon be able to download FirstPlay with episodes getting a release from 19th May onwards. FirstPlay is Europe’s answer to Qore and the first HD interactive show for gamers in the EU territory. It was released back in March but users from the Emerald Isles have been missing out.
Those with OCD better back away, as Team Attitudes weekly FirstPlay rundown is moving from Friday to Thursday to coincide with the new PSN store updates.

The content for this week is pretty meh. It is better than the US update though. Why? Because there is a demo for Split/Second. It certainly looks nice, but how does it play? We’ll know soon enough. The UFC Undisputed 2010 demo can now be downloaded by everyone. No need to register to the UFC Community website anymore.
There are three new games this week: Anarchy: Rush Hour, Kick-Ass, and Feeding Frenzy 2 (there was a part 1?). For add-ons, the Stimulus Package for MW2 is finally out and there’s a space zombie expansion for Burn Zombie Burn. That should be interesting.
If you have a PSP make sure you take advantage of the price drops on Petz: My Puppy Family and Petz: My Baby Hamster. Two quality products right there…
Don’t forget that Episode 5 of FirstPlay is now available. Let us know what you think of it. If you liked the music from Flower, you’ll be happy to know that you can now purchase the soundtrack. Oh, and there are some new EyePet avatars to purchase. Yup…
