Square Enix has just announced that Front Mission Evolved is coming this September.

There hasn’t been much talk about Front Mission Evolved in quite some time. The trailer released in January was interesting, but we haven’t seen anything since. Will that change in the coming months? We certainly hope so.

Square Enix collaborated with Double Helix Games to provide a completely different Front Mission experience. Evolved is a third person shooter, unlike the previous games in the series. Square Enix promises “Hollywood style production values” and an immersive storyline. You’ll be able to control a fully customized mech in the single player campaign and online multiplayer modes.

Front Mission Evolved is scheduled to release on September 17th. Are you excited?
