Dylan Cuthbert has revealed on the PlayStation.Blog today that the sequel is coming along quite nicely and will feature many new and crazy ideas that the first was forced to leave behind.

In addition, he informs us that a new demo of his favorite level in PixelJunk Shooter will be released on May 25th on the PSN Store. It will utilize everything the game has to offer so if you are one of the few who have yet to purchase this awesome downloadable title, you now have no excuse.
