With E3 just around the corner, we were expecting that we would have to wait another couple of weeks to finally hear about a sequel to inFAMOUS.

Well like so many of Sony’s big guns, inFAMOUS 2 has been revealed early with Game Informer announcing the front cover for their July issue.

Cole? Is that you?

The first starking difference you will notice that Cole, yes that is Cole, looks very different. No longer wearing a frightening exterior and with a haunting look on his face, this new protagonist’s appearance is very unfamiliar!

Maybe Sucker Punch felt that the old Cole was just not likeable enough, who knows.

But not only does Cole look very different, but he has a new city to explore, brand new powers, and of course another enemy to defeat.
