The White Knight Chronicle – New Quests For June 3rd

Submitted by on Thursday, 3 June 2010No Comment

WKC12 e1275587762941 The White Knight Chronicle New Quests For June 3rdThis week in White Knight Chronicles four new quests are available at the Frass Chasm. Prepare yourself for a less than epic bug extermination mission.

This is it. The last month of weekly quests. If you don’t remember, it was announced that the free quests would be added every week until the end of June. It’s unclear what will happen after that.

As always, these quests can be activated by heading over to the world map screen. Just make sure you’re signed into the PlayStation Network. Everything will unlock automatically, no download required.

On June 3rd the following quests were added to the world map:

Frass Chasm

  • Windwalker Savior – Guild Rank 8 – Suggested Level: 41+
  • Windwalker Savior II – Guild Rank 11 – Suggested Level: 50+

Apparently a wind dragon has decided to take up residence in the Frass Chasm. The result? A bunch of violent monsters raging like crazy. The quest is pretty straight forward. You will be warped pretty much right near the first boss fight. After you’re done with the first battle you can recruit quests to your party. After more fights with monsters, the quest is over.

Frass Chasm

  • In Search of Swallowtails – Guild Rank 9 – Suggested Level: 46+
  • In Search of Swallowtails II – Guild Rank 12 – Suggested Level: 50+

These two quests are most likely temporary and will disappear in two weeks. You have been contracted to catch some swallowtails. These butterflies can be found all throughout the chasm. You’ll need about 50 swallowtails for an S rank. You can use Amber to catch a few, but you’re going to end up fighting greavers to spawn the others. You should be able to receive some good loot along the way. If you run out of time, the amount of swallowtails you accumulated up to that point will be counted.

That’s all for now. The White Knight Chronicle will return next week with two new quests to discuss. Don’t forget to check out the new White Knight Chronicles 2 details released earlier today. Level-5 confirmed that the sequel will include an updated version of the original WKC. It was also announced that custom avatars are finally able to transform. Be sure to read all the details in the link below.
