The Assassin’s Creed franchise is held in very different regards depending on which gamer you ask.  Some think the franchise isn’t worth a plug nickel, while others think it has been pure brilliance so far.

If you’re in the latter of that group, we’ve got some exciting new info along with a very stylish new trailer that’s bound to make you giddy.

Since its reveal earlier this year, Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood has been shown off through a number of outlets by Ubisoft – the most recent being E3.

A short while ago, they gave us another trailer to chew on that seems to highlight the game’s multiplayer component, which is something completely fresh for the series.

If you paid attention to our E3 coverage – and we know you did – you know that there will be a PlayStation 3 exclusive beta happening before the game’s release.  The end of this new trailer gives us the skinny on when we can expect it – September of this year.
