Huge Madden NFL 11 Demo Announced

Submitted by on Monday, 19 July 2010No Comment

EA Sports is pretty regularly accused by the community of putting out the same American Football game year after year, just with a different title.  If you’re one of those gamers that thinks EA is guilty of this, you’ll be able to see if that’s actually true later this month when the Madden NFL 11 demo is released.

Electronic Arts recently announced that the demo for Madden NFL 11 will be hitting the PlayStation Store on July 27 and will include one of the most robust slew of features we’ve ever seen from an American football demo.

The demo will allow you to play a full game complete with 5-minute quarters between the New York Jets and the Indianapolis Colts.

One of the newest features to be integrated in to the game titled ‘Gameflow’ will also be on display in the demo, as well as the ability to build your own offensive and defensive game plan, full commentary and your selection between all four of the difficulty settings.

Also available is the ability to unlock the ‘Master Strategist’ Trophy in the full retail game.  Complete the proper task in the demo and the trophy will automatically unlock once the full game launches and you plug it in to your console for the first time.

So there you have it.  Any of you skeptics out there that think it’s just the same game year after year will have your chance to see first-hand.

Be sure to let us know what you think.
